How Coaching Works
Coaching is a personal review of your game with a high-level coach. Let's walk through how a lesson works step by step, how the solo and party formats differ, what's included and what you can add — so you know in advance what you're paying for and what to expect.
Short answer
Coaching is a personal review of your game with a coach rated 12,000+ MMR. A lesson lasts 60 minutes, runs over voice in Discord and is recorded; the recording and your chat with the coach stay yours. The coach watches your replays beforehand, so the paid time goes into analysis, not into watching the recording.
The coach arrives having already watched your replays — the 60 paid minutes go into analysis and a plan for your next games, not into watching the recording.
How a lesson works
The process from order to lesson is four simple steps:
- Pick a coach and pay. On the coaching page you pick a coach for your level and role and pay for the number of hours you need.
- A manager reaches out on Telegram. After payment a manager contacts you, helps arrange a time and asks for 1–2 replays of your games.
- The coach watches the replays beforehand. Before the lesson the coach reviews your replays for free, so they arrive with analysis ready instead of spending your paid time on it.
- A 60-minute lesson in Discord. The lesson runs over voice in Discord and is recorded. Afterwards the recording and notes stay yours, and you arrange the next lesson.
Format: solo or party
Lessons come in two formats — pick by your goal:
- Solo (standard). A one-on-one review: the coach studies your replays and play and gives feedback. Suits most people.
- Party (+50%). The coach plays alongside you and corrects you right in the match. For ratings up to roughly 3000 MMR this brings results 1.5–2× faster.
A coach is usually 3000–5000 MMR above you. That's enough to see your mistakes, but not so much that the advice loses touch with your level.
What's included
Some things come with every lesson, others you can add to fit you:
| Option | What it is |
|---|---|
| 60-minute lesson | Included — a live review with the coach over voice |
| Lesson recording | Included — saved in your account forever |
| Chat between lessons | Included — ask the coach a question after the session |
| Materials and homework | Add-on — notes and tasks tailored to you |
| 30-min replay review | Add-on — a separate detailed review of a recording |
| Urgent lesson | Add-on — priority on timing |
The exact price per hour for your level and the volume discounts are worked out by the calculator on the coaching page.
What to expect & guarantee
Coaching is work on habits, not one-off magic:
- One or two clear goals per lesson. The coach doesn't dump everything at once but gives a focus you can actually absorb.
- Homework cements it. With the materials option you get notes and tasks — without practice a review is forgotten fast.
- Progress shows over distance. Like win rate, growth is visible over a run of games, not a single lesson — see the How to break a loss streak guide.
- If it doesn't land, we refund. If the first lesson wasn't a fit, the money-back guarantee applies; in a package you can switch coaches for free.
Need the rating itself, right now? A boost is faster. Want to play better yourself? Coaching. A detailed comparison — in the Boost or coaching guide.
