Payment and refunds
What you can pay with, what it costs on top, when an order counts as paid and where the money goes if the work does not happen. The methods listed are the ones checkout actually shows, not the ones that sound more impressive.
What you can pay with
The methods appear at checkout, next to the final amount. There is nothing to pick in advance: you place the order first and choose the method just before paying.
The rouble rails are tied to Russian banking: SBP needs an account with a Russian bank, and the card form runs through a Russian acquirer. Neither works for most customers reading this page, so the English checkout shows one method — USDT on TRC-20. If you do bank in Russia, switch the site to Russian and the rouble methods appear.
| Method | How it looks | On top | In English |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT (TRC-20) | The address and the exact amount are computed server-side; the deposit is confirmed automatically | +5 % | Yes |
| Internal balance | In full or in part, if the balance holds funds | 0 % | Yes |
| SBP | Faster Payments System: a QR code or a jump into your banking app | 0 % | Russian checkout |
| Bank card | The payment provider's form; a Russian acquirer | 0 % | Russian checkout |
| Backup SBP | A second channel that switches on by itself if the main provider is unavailable | 0 % | Russian checkout |
Checkout accepts USDT on TRC-20 only — sending other coins or other networks to it means the funds are gone. Need to pay with ETH, BTC, or a foreign card? Write to the manager: those payments are handled separately. Every channel is on the contacts page.
Fees and surcharges
- Rouble methods carry no service surcharge. In the Russian checkout, what is shown is what is debited.
- USDT adds 5 %. The amount is converted at the checkout rate, the surcharge is added and shown before you pay rather than appearing afterwards.
- Bank and provider fees are not ours. Any charge by a bank, a payment gateway or an aggregator belongs to them, is not part of the price of the service and is not refunded by the service (clause 4.8 of the offer).
- The service never sees your card details. The payment runs entirely on the provider's side: we do not request, store or process card numbers (clause 4.3).
The price of the service itself is set by the calculator and fixed when the order is placed. The agreed price is final and is not revisited while the work is under way (clause 4.1). Prices for every service are on the price list.
When an order counts as paid
- A service counts as paid from the moment the money arrives in full in the account of the service or its payment provider.
- After that the order goes into the pool and a performer picks it up. Starting usually takes about half an hour; at night and at weekends, longer.
- A service counts as delivered when the agreed result is reached or when the agreed period expires — whichever comes first.
- The whole path is visible in the order chat in your personal cabinet: progress, messages, attachments.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a service at any point before it is completed. What follows is simple arithmetic: the part already done is paid for, the part not done comes back.
To your internal balance, in proportion to the unfinished scope — MMR gained, hours played or matches played. The balance can be spent on any service of ours and does not expire. Refunds to a card, to SBP or to a wallet are not made as a rule.
The one exception is clause 10.5 of the offer. If the service requested additional identification (where there is reason to suspect someone else's payment instrument or bad faith) and did not receive it within 7 calendar days, the order is cancelled and the money paid is returned to the original payment source. That is exactly one case; there are no others.
When there is no refund at all is set out on the guarantees page: six situations on the customer's side after which the work cannot be carried out.
Balance and bonuses
These are two different accounts, and confusing them costs you, not us:
| Balance | Bonuses | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it comes from | Refunds and compensation | Promo codes, referrals, campaigns |
| Expiry | Does not expire | May carry their own terms and expiry |
| What it buys | Any service of ours | Per the rules of that particular grant |
| Withdrawal to a card | No | No |
Neither balance nor bonuses can be cashed out or transferred to another person. The referral terms are published in the cabinet and on the affiliate page.
Disputing with your bank
If something about the order is wrong, write in the order chat first. That is not a formality: a refund under section 5 of the offer does not involve the bank and is faster than a chargeback, which drags on for weeks.
- Once a dispute is opened, work on the order is suspended until it is resolved.
- The service supplies the provider with evidence that the service was delivered — cabinet logs, correspondence, account sign-in records.
- If the dispute is resolved in the service's favour and the challenge was unfounded, the service may stop serving the customer and recover its documented costs.
Writing to the manager is simpler and faster. They are online from 10:00 to 22:00 Moscow time.
Steam top-ups
This service has rules of its own, because it is an intermediary one: the service does not keep the money, it delivers it to your Steam wallet.
- The fee is stated on the service page and already built into the calculator: you see the final amount before paying, with no mark-up beyond it.
- It also covers third-party charges — bank, payment provider, exchange corridor — which the service cannot waive.
- Crediting usually takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes, and in rare cases up to half an hour.
- Funds already credited to a Steam wallet are not refundable: what happens to them is Valve's decision.
Details and a calculator are on the Steam top-up page.
FAQ
Which payment methods are available?
In English, checkout shows one method: USDT on the TRC-20 network. Your internal balance can also be used if it holds funds. The rouble rails — SBP and bank card — require Russian banking and appear when the site is switched to Russian.
Does the service charge a fee?
Not on rouble methods — the service adds nothing on top. Paying in USDT converts the amount at the checkout rate and adds 5 %; the surcharge is shown before you pay. Bank and payment-provider fees are their own charges and are not part of the price of the service.
Do you store my card details?
No. The payment runs entirely on the payment provider's side: the service does not request, store or process bank card details.
Can I cancel a service that is already in progress?
Yes, at any point before it is completed. The part already done is paid for; the unfinished part is returned to your internal balance in proportion to the unfinished scope.
Where does a refund go?
To your internal balance: it can be spent on any service and does not expire. Refunds to a card, to SBP or to a wallet are not made as a rule. The only exception is clause 10.5 of the offer, when an order is cancelled because additional identification was not confirmed.
How is the balance different from bonuses?
The balance holds refunds and compensation: it can be spent on any service, does not expire and has no time limit. Bonuses are promotional credits from referrals, promo codes and campaigns: they may carry their own terms and expiry, stated when they are granted. Neither can be withdrawn to a card or a wallet.
The total is visible before you pay
The calculator shows the final figure, surcharges included, before you even pick a payment method. No "plus fees" on the last step.
